Activities

Staff encourage and where necessary assist residents to pursue their interests and hobbies. Local clubs may be joined if desired and walks in the garden are recommended. We have a well stocked library that is regularly updated and includes large print books, a variety of activities are organised for those wishing to participate. These include xmas party.jpg reminiscence sessions, bingo and film afternoons.

Regular visits are also made by entertainers including singers, quiz masters and theatre groups. Other social events include celebrating festivals and residents birthdays.

In its own quiet area there is a computer with internet access for residents use. Residents who wish to use the computer are given their own personal login and a staff member will assist initially if required.
