To ensure the level of care we offer to our residents meets their every need, a care plan is developed. These detailed and user friendly care plans are tailored to the residents individual requirements, devised with input from our staff, and where appropriate the relatives, G.P. and District Nurse and, most importantly, the resident themselves. Once in place, the care plan is reviewed regularly and adapted as necessary. Residents and their families are welcome to read and discuss care plans at any time to ensure that the most appropriate care is being received at all times.
Our care staff are happy to listen to residents or relatives concerns or answer any general questions regarding the home or the care given anytime. However, if a detailed discussion is sought we suggest a private meeting is arranged with one of our senior staff. As we value the input and feedback of residents and relatives we ask that twice a year they complete questionnaires regarding the care given by us. This is very important to us as it helps us with our quality assurance, allows us to monitor our standards and enables us to continue to make improvements in the care we offer. Family, friends and children are welcome to visit at any reasonable time. |
